We are 3 spanish guys studying at Complutense and Carlos III universities, we have a spare room in our flat and we would love to have a foreign student living with us next year because we want to keep in touch with the erasmus lifestyle!!! We are really outgoing and we\'ve all had our own erasmus experience (2008-2009). We believe we are really easy going and therefore we are willing to accept guys and girls.

10 minute walk from complutense\'s main campus, right next to most student residences (Colegios Mayores), literally next to a supermarket and 2 minutes away from the Francos Rodriguez underground (we would be glad to show you around!).


the flat is 140 m2 - 4 bedrooms - 2 fully equiped bathrooms - 1 fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher included! / oven / microwave etc) - huge 40 m2 living room + small terrace. We have it fully furnished... TV, wii... we even have a foosball table (although our bottom neighbour is just 1 step away from killing us!)

The spare room is (obviously) the smallest one... seniority has to count for something =P ... but it still fits a double bed (135cm x 180cms), desk, chair and wardrobe etc (believe me, its fine, I had it during last semester)

The monthly rent is 350 Euros (per month) with the Wi-fi connection included. Water and Electricity is divided by 4... I believe it is about 20 more Euros per month per person.

Hi! Im Julia and Im going to study at UCM from sept - feb (2010/2011). There was no facebook group for us 2010/2011 so i started one. I applyed to the spanish course, anyone else?
