Money to book the accomodation

Hi guys!

I have a big problem to solve: the money that we have to give to book an accomodation will return to us???

So the first month rent in considered as a the deposit or as the effective first month rent.

Then the service fee (tax) will not return to us because they belong to Erasmusu for the service that it does.....

Am I right?

I think that the first month rent will return to us only if it will be used as deposit. If not it means that it is the effective payment to the owner for the first month of accomodation.

Tax fee will never return.

I understood this.
