The hostel name is Liège Youth Hostel. Its quite central, so I guess it would be easy to walk around to find some interesting kot!!

i stayed in Liege the last week and it has been a quite hard to find a kot for only 5 months, fortunatley at the university i met a graduate assistent, she was looking for someone with to share her flat and so i've dodecided to go there bacause it's near the carrè in rue forgeur, near le Boulevard d' Avroy and the city LIving:)see you thereee:) If you go there is easier to find something, there are a lot of announcements at the universty, at the centre j in Boulevard d'Avroy, and hanged up at the kots!see u thereeeeeeeee:):)

oh my god! I had no idea that looking for a kot/apartment/studio for 5 months would be so difficult :/
well, maybe there's someone who is going to study in Liege from February?
I've found with my friend an apartment but we have to find someone who would rent it from february to june, right now.
oh! And btw, we should all meet and go for a beer or sth during our searching - I mean before the 29th of August!

Camillo - we'll be in Liege from august 24th.
And I have the advice for all who can't find an available bed in any hostel ( I've just realized that it's pretty difficult to find sth for the last week of August) - try to look for couch on couchsurfing.net :)

seems like everyone has the same problems like me.
I am also still looking for a KOT. I even went to Liège in July but it didn't help.
I have a question concerning the language class starting on aug. 29th. Have you got any confirmation?
I filled in the online form but never got any reply. So I am not sure if I got accepted for the course.

hey there, quite difficult to follow all these posts in the middle of the summer. i'm arriving on the august 27th, to search for an apartment in loco. does anyone has a place already on that date who can couch me for a few nights?

i was wondering about an apartment full of rooms to share for everyone.

Heads up - two Canadian prairie kids are going to be joining you in Liege! We may have a bedroom available in the house we're renting. It's closer to 500/month but you have your own bathroom, furniture, etc, and all utilities are included. Let me know if anyone is interested. Otherwise, see you in a few weeks!
