Serious Allegations Against NICE published in newspaper

Some serious allegations have been made agains National Institute of Communications and Economics NICE,Karachi for issuing fake MBA degree to one of the person named as \\\"Jahanzaib Dilazak\\\" currently working as Director Finance in Alternative Energy Development board AEDB Islamabad. Dilazak got his MBA finance degree from NICE in 2006, which according to HEC, was not authorised to open campuses in Islamabad nor authorised to issue degrees from there. How many of the guys like Dilazak may have got fake degrees from NICE? NICE needs to respond to these allegations published in the newspaper.
