We are 2 responsible and clean students, we're looking for a roommate with similar characteristics.
The flat is in the center of Granada, Ronda Road, next to Plz Einstein,;Bottledrome; and the famous nightclub;Mae West;. Recently refurbished, with brand new TV and sofas, with spacious and bright rooms throughout the day!
Fully equipped with washing machine, gas and electric stoves, terrace laundry, 50MB internet and telephone. The bathroom's renovated with shower and bidet.
The room has a distribution that can be changed, so you can earn enough space by changing the furniture location.
The monthly price is 200 € (including community). If you're coming in August, you wont pay until September. (Costs for electricity, water and internet to share)
If you're Erasmus / Seneca and you dont know the city, we'll show you the most important places in order you can move around the city during the course without problems. We speak english. If you're interested please contact me at

Somos 2 estudiantes responsables y limpios, que buscamos un compañero de piso de características similares.
El piso en pleno centro de Granada, Camino de Ronda, al lado de Pl. Einstein, botellódromo y la famosa discoteca Mae West. Recién reformado, con televisión y sofas nuevos, con habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas durante todo el día!
Totalmente equipado, con lavadora, cocinilla de gas y electrica, terraza lavadero, internet 50MB y teléfono. El cuarto de baño totalmente reformado con plato de ducha y videt.
La habitación tiene una distribución que puede cambiarse, de forma que puede ganar bastante espacio cambiando los muebles de sitio.
El precio mensual es de 200€ (comunidad incluida). Si entras en agosto, no pagarás hasta Septiembre. (Gastos de luz, agua e internet a compartir. )
