Are you looking for something different? We have what you are looking for.

We rent a single room, available for the next academic year, for 1 STUDENT (boy or girl). We are looking for someone for a duration between 5 and 10 months, starting at anytime from mid-august.

How is the flat you will share?

The flat has: living-room, 4 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and gas cooker. The dining-room has sofa, dining table, chairs and cable TV. We have air conditioning in the rooms and in the living-room. You will enjoy the comforts of a hotel.

The room has a bed with drawers, a big wardrobe, table, chair, study light and shelves. It also has a key to close it.

The price is 380 euros / month, including expenses of: electricity, water, gas, wireless internet, cable TV and cleaning of common parts.

Where is the flat?

It's in a very quiet neighbourhood, very close to the MERCAT NOU metro station (line 1). Good public transport communication with UB, UAB, UPC and the center of Barcelona. Close to the metro stations PLAZA DE SANTS (lines 1 and 5) and BADAL (line 5). It's 10 minutes away from to the Sants Train Station and there are also many lines of buses (30, 57, 70, 72, 115, 157) stopping near the flat, including night buses (nitbus).

What we expect from you?

We are looking for fun people, used to share a flat. You will enjoy living with people from different countries. The convivence is very simple since there are only students with similar ages.
