Somos un chico y una chica estudiantes de 22 años, fumadores que buscamos estudiante ERASMUS para compartir piso durante un curso.
El piso es muy céntrico, en el barrio del Raval, con el metro y autobuses muy cerca. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 1 baño, cocina con vitrocerámica, TV, teléfono, conexión a internet wifi, etc.
La habitación es doble y está totalmente amueblada.
Buscamos a una persona limpia y ordenada que tenga ganas de vivir con españoles.
El alquiler son 425€ al mes con gastos de comunidad, teléfono e internet incluidos. Los gastos de agua y electricidad los dividimos mensualmente entre los tres.

We live in a centric flat in the city of Barcelona in an area called Raval. We have got very good connections with underground and urban buses. our flat has 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. its full equipped with TV, phone, WIFI Internet, etc.
We want to share a completely fornitured double room.
We are looking for a clean and tidy boy or girl that wants to live with spanish people.
The rent is 425€ per month with community, phone and Internet taxes included. We will divide in 3 the water and electricity bills.
