Do you want to share an amazing convivence with other students? Then this is your chance!

We rent a bright exterior double room, available from next 1st february, for 2 STUDENTS (boys or girls).

How is the flat you will share?

The flat has: living-room, 4 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and gas cooker. The dining-room is very large and has sofa, dining table, chairs and TV. We have air conditioning and heating in the rooms and in the living-room. You will enjoy the comforts of a hotel.

The room has 2 beds with drawers, a big wardrobe, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 study lamps, shelves, private TV and an access to a balcony. It also has a key to close it.

The price is 495 euros/month (247, 50 euros/month each person), including expenses of: electricity, water, gas, wi-fi internet connection, digital TV and cleaning of common parts.

Where is the flat?

It's in a very quiet neighbourhood, next to the MERCAT NOU metro station (line 1). Good public transport communication with UB, UAB, UPC and the center of Barcelona. Close to the metro stations PLAZA DE SANTS (lines 1 and 5) and BADAL (line 5). It's 10 minutes away from to the Sants Train Station and there are also many lines of buses (30, 57, 70, 72, 115, 157) stopping near the flat, including night buses (nitbus).

It's an area with many shops, restaurants and also it has a gym 5 minutes away from the flat.

What we expect from you?

We are looking for fun people, used to share a flat. You will enjoy living with people from different countries. The convivence is very simple since there are only students with similar ages.
