hi all,
i'm looking for a responsible and clean flatmate (630€) or couple (700€) in the very center of barcelona to share my spacious apartment with.
the deposit is one months' rent.
your area of approx. 40m² includes a private living room, a bedroom and a hallway.
it's completely refurnished with a new double bed, sofa, closet, mirror and chests of drawers.
the living room has two balconies towards escudellers street.
the spacious apartment has wifi access and the cleaning lady comes twice a month (all included).
also already included are the costs for water/gas/power!
the kitchen has been redone recently and is very well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge and an electric stove.
we have two cats (about 6 months old) living with us!
the gothic quarter is really vibrant and central.
you have grocery-stores within 5 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes to the harbour and 15 to the beach as well as bars/restaurants/cafes everywhere.
the metro is short distance as well with 5 minutes to the green and 10 minutes to the yellow line.
a walk up to plaza cataluña only takes 15 minutes.
if you are interested to take a look, please call 662088528 or write an email to [email protected]
thanks
jan

Hello, I'm looking for roomates, don't carre about gender, for sharing a flat/appartment. I will be in Barcelona from the 20-ish of August till mid June. I will study at Universitat Ramon Llull, in the IT engineering faculty. I'm looking for persons who are also staying the whole school year, to facilitate rental and stuff like that. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and will gladly help with your learning, I'm also thinking about learning another language. I've never been to Barcelona, or Spain for that matter. I'm also planning of backpacking in a few European cities, so any backpackers are accepted. If you want to get in touch, search for Christopher Hardy in Facebook. See you in August

Come meet new Erasmus/Study Abroad friends!
Erasmus students come from all over the world to make Barcelona their home for a semester. It is an extraordinary opportunity to learn about the world and the cultures in it by meeting new people from new places.
To this end, we have organized an Erasmus/Study Abroad meet-up! What better way to make new global friends than over a beer at one of Barcelona’s most famous bars? In our experience, this provides the perfect relaxed social atmosphere to meet new friends. Exploring Barcelona with new mates from different countries is a unique and wonderful experience.
