Are you looking for a modern and quiet space to study? Then we have a special place for you!

We are renting a double room with private bathroom for 2 students (preferably erasmus) available at anytime from now, for a period of time between 4 and 10 months.

We are looking for responsible and nice students, used to share a flat with other international students.

You will live in a friendly flat, ready for a student life.

The flat has: living-room, 3 rooms (2 double and 1 single room), kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms, laundry-room and patio. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, microwave and gas stove. At the laundry-room we have washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The living-room has a big sofa, a dining table, chairs, cable TV and a big window. We have air conditioning and heating at the rooms and at the common areas.

How is your future room?

The room has 2 separate beds, a big wardrobe, a big table with 2 chairs and shelves. It also has a complete private bathroom and a key to leave the room closed. The price is 470 euros/month (235 euros/month each person), including expenses of gas, water, electricity, internet, cable TV and cleaning of common parts. We have internet and TV in each room.

Where is the flat?

It's in a residential area, next to the Granvia 2 Comercial Center and in front of the;Ciudad de la Justicia;. It's safe and well-connected with the center of Barcelona using the metro-FGC (line 8) and the bus (9, 37, 46, 65, 72, 79 and 109). You will find the perfect place to live and study.
