Two years experience as an Italian tutor

Hello! I'm an Italian tutor. My students are foreigners that want to learn Italian from the basics or want to improve their spoken and written skills. I have been teaching face to face and online lessons. I am a native Italian speaker, currently living in Bologna. I have two years experience in teaching online and face to face lessons. I have just graduated from uni, where I used to study foreign languages. During my studies, I spent one year in London and six months in Sydney, to improve my English and finish my exams. I have been giving private Italian lessons to students of all ages and levels. I can speak fluent English and Spanish, good French, basic Chinese mandarin. In general, the first lesson is to asses the language level of the student, getting to know each other, and setting the student's goals and needs. I tailor the course according to my student's preferencies. Also, I can prepare grammar, reading and listening excercises of any kind of level. For advanced students, I usually do a lot of conversation. The aims are expanding the vocabulary, focusing on specific topics and teaching Italian common spoken expressions, those that one wouldn't learn on books. For beginner students, I start from the basics. I always mix new words, some grammar, and useful everyday sentences. So that, since the very first lessons, the student masters new spoken and written skills and can start having short conversations. I usually include videos, images and online resources to make the lessons more interactive
