Professional English Teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience

Hi there! My name is Dina and I'm a 30 years old professional teacher. Originally, I'm from Kazakhstan but I have lived in the UK, Belgium, Italy, and Czech Republic mainly for studying and work. I am super passionate about interacting with people from diverse backgrounds & interests, as well as sharing my knowledge & skills. I completed my Bachelor Degree in Education in 2011. Since then I have taught English at language schools as well as privately. I have taught Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Upper-Intermediate level. My students are mostly teenagers & adults. I have facilitated classes both in a group setting and individually. I also have experience teaching English online for the past six months so I'm aware of the specifics of facilitating English classes via the Internet. In my classes I pay particular attention to developing communication skills. I only speak about 10-20 percent of the class just to encourage you to speak for the rest of the time. I adapt my classes to each individual student's goals and needs. Classes with me are never boring as I have a wide range of interests and can talk about many different things ranging from politics to football. Since I have also been learning a new language (Italian) for a few years now I realize what is it like to learn & practice a new language. Also, I understand how vital language practice is to your success. My past students have stated that it was easier to start speaking English with me due to my friendliness and encouragement throughout the class.
