ONLINE ENGLISH LESSONS WITH CERTIFIED TEACHER

My name is Brenda, a British national living in Spain. I’m a qualified teacher of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and also a practicing Legal professional (Sports Law). My passion for teaching started when I was at university doing my undergraduate degree in English & Geography. I was tutoring my fellow students and children, helping them with assignments and any other doubts they had. After I graduated I decided to do a course in teaching as I really liked sharing my knowledge with other people. In my career as a teacher I have had the honour of teaching students from different parts of the world such as Colombia, Turkey, Russia, Spain, Iran, Egypt and Dubai. I have experience of teaching children from as young as 4 years old to adult professionals.
My teaching methodology is using structured conversation, phonics, games to help build the student’s word bank & fluency. I also have a great knowledge of the English grammar looking at specific aspects of the language such as phrasal verbs, conditionals and idioms. In my spare time I enjoy long walks in the mountains, gardening, cooking, travelling, reading and meeting new people
