changing the city for studying

Hi there! :)

I am coming to Stuttgart in 2 months to study at University of Stuttgart.

But I have a problem...

I had an admission from Mittweida university before and when I had to be interviewed in the embassy, I showed that admission.

Now fortunately I got the admission to study at Stuttgart university but I am not sure if I am allowed to come to stuttgart because "Mittweida" will be written in my visa.

Can I change my city of studying to Stuttgart?
