A room to rent for some days at the end of January 2011

I’m going to the University of Pisa on January the 31st 2011. I have heard that the best option is to look for a flat once you have arrived. Does someone know about a free room I can rent fro the first days of my stay in Pisa until I found a final place to stay? Thnaks a lot.
