Hola soy una chica francesa y sera etudiante Erasmus en Murcia de septiembre 2011 a junio 2012, y lo que me preocupo ahora es donde me voy a ir cuando llegara a Murcia, antes de encontrar una habitacion a alquiler! Si conoceis un hotel no demasiado caro o si teneis otras ideas...!

¿sabéis cuánto tiempo se tarda en buscar la habitación? es que me voy a erasmus para el semestre invernal de 2011 y no sé cuándo llegar a Murcia para alojarme sin problemas para estar lista a mediados de septiembre... ;)

con la oferta que hay no creo que tardes mucho, y hoy dia murcia es muy economico, en las universidades suelen haber tablones, cuando estudie en albacete (Se que no es el caso pero parecido) fui a un hotel dos dias, y en esos dos dias encontre habitacion.
hoy dia hay mas oferta y pisos muy baratos

. Yo alquilo habitación o piso completo en Juan de Borbón. Piso de 4 habitaciones, 3 baños, gran salón comedor, cocina con despensa y patio de luces. Una de las habitaciones tiene baño individual. Todo exterior muy luminoso.A 13 min andando esta el centro y facultad La Merced, cerca de bancos, supermercados, centro de salud y polideportivo La Flota. Al salir está la parada de tranvía y autobús que suben hasta la Universidad de Espinardo. Todas las facturas: luz,agua, gas, comunidad e internet están incluídas. Se proporciona incluso ropa de cama. Hi! I rent rooms in a student flat situated in Avenida Don Juan de Borbón, next to the University office where it took place the language courses. It take you 13min walking to reach La Merced University (the town center), and there are 1 bus stop 39C and tram that take you to Espinardo campus and malls.:)There are close to the flat too: banks, shops, pharmacy, centro salud..
ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!: INTERNET, GAS, LIGHT, WATER AND COMMUNITY BILLS and bed linen!!
The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet (1 of the bedrooms with bathroom ensuite). Big living room, kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, moka..et) and laundry with and interior terrace to dry your clothes.
The prizes are:
- Single room shared bathroom:260 €/room
If you need doubles room I can put another single bed or replace it by a king size bed:
- Double room 350€/room

Buenas tardes queridos Eramsus!
Soy un frances viviendo viviendo con 2 españoles (chico y chica) a 10 metros de la Merced, calle puerta nueva.
Alquilamos una habitacion luminosa desde febrero hasta el fin del curso.
2 baños, 1 salon, 1 comedor, y una pequeña terraza, jamones tapas y buen rollo :)
Son 200 euros sin gasto con internet y todo.
