Ask about courses are taught in English

Hi there, I'm from Vietnam. Maybe someone doesn't know my small country. :( 

I will exchange to the next semester in spring. I wonder if the school will offer english courses about Business or Tourism? 

And I can chose both my major and spanish to learn wherther or not?
