I will be in Krakow as well, what a coincident! ;)
Will arrive around the second week of August. I will do my internship with an Erasmus grant. Last semester I was an Erasmus student in Lodz. I can say one thing Erasmus is AMAZING!!!!

Does anyone have a clue how much money I need in a month for everyday life in Krakow? (additional to the rental fee) Maybe one of the natives can answer that. How expensive is food, clothing, parties etc..?

Two single rooms to let!
We have to rent a two single room on Wygoda street in Krakow. The flat is near City Center (about 10 minutes) and Jagiellonian University, AGH University of Science and Technology. Situated in calm a quiet area with access to urban communication like bus, tram, taxi, guarded parking, local shops. The rooms are equipped with furniture: sofa Bed, wall unit, bookcase and one of them is connected with a balcony. In the apartment are all necessary Appliances equipment ( cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc.), there is also access to wireless Internet. Cost of rent a single room is 1100 zł with all media including (internet, heating, electricity, gas and water). Important information is the necessary payment of guarantee deposit which is 625zł, this deposit will be returned. We want to rent this rooms from September.
