English or Spanish

Hey guys! 

Im about to apply for Erasmus and I have to decide where to go. My number one option would be Cadiz, however I dont speak Spanish. I wrote a letter to the university, but they didnt reply. So could you help me out please, if you know anything about the English education, faculties? I am studyin fooD quality management, food processing. Thanks! ;)
