Hello Martina!

I am Nikos and I live in Volos. I have also just finished my studies in the Univeristy of Thessaly.

I have an appartement that is for rent and it has been just refurbished.

I attach some photos to give you an idea.

It is in the center of the city, it is 80 square metres and it has 2 bedrooms and a sitting room, or 1 bedroom and a bigger sitting room! ! 2WC and 1 Kitchen !

It has a new wardrobe in the bedroom which has parquet floor.

If you want I can fill it with furniture.

The price is 350 Euros / month.

I am available for any further information.

Hi Nikos! thank you very much for the information! I like your flat...!!! I arrive in Volos with an other student and we want live togheter if is it possible!...Do you rent me the flat for 5 months???  and the price (350 Euro) is for all the flat or fon each bedroom?.... Yes, I'd the basic forniture (like beds, sofa, table,ecc) if it is possible!!!

Flat 80 m2 on the 2nd floor for rent in the center of Volos, which has:

·         1 bedroom with new wardrobe, parquet floor & balcony

·         1 bedroom with balcony

·         1 sitting room

·         1 kitchen

·         Hall

·         2 WC

Just refurbished.

Full furnished with all electrical equipment & Internet.

Price/month (all expenses included):

2 persons: 300€ / person
