2 rooms for rent

Hello,
I rent 2 rooms in a recently refurbished apartment/flat, it has a kitchen, a living-dinning room, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, balcony. Community fees included. Power, water and internet not included (nearly 30€/month). It has lots of windows and it's bright. It's closed to plaza America (10min), Peritos and Economics' Faculty (1min). It's closed to all the services (supermarket, gym, bar, buses, etc.). The bus stop to the University is aproximately at 4min.
