Alquilo piso segundo cuatrimestre//Flat for rent for the second semester

Hola a todos y a todas.

Mi compañero y yo alquilamos un piso para erasmus de segundo semestre. Mi compañero y yo somos chavales limpios y responsables. Vivimos en la calle recaredo numero 5. El piso es luminioso y bonito. El alquiler es 233 euros al mes comunidad y agua incluida. Solo hay que pagar internet y luz. El piso tiene a 50 metros una estación de sevici y está andando 10 minutos a cualquier parte centrica de sevilla (Prado, san bernardo, alfalfa... ). Para ver fotos o venir a visitarlo escribeme un mail a erdo que el piso tendria que ser habitado en febrero.

We are renting a flat by the city center of sevilla for erasmus that come for having their second erasmus semester here. The flat is located in the heart of sevilla. You can go anywhere walking within 10 minutes. Me and my flatmate speak english so it wouldn't be a problem for you if you are not the best in spanish. The rent is 233€/month including the water.
