Hi everyone :)
I'm doind erasmus in liège since september and i'm leaving on february.
For my experience it was a little bit dificult to find a kot because even if you walk the streets you still have to call and make an appointment etc and i saw a lot of REALLY bad kots so it reequires patience x)
I'm living in a house that is in the center area, 5 min to place saint lambert and 5 min to the cathedrale. the street is called Rue de La Régence. the building it's in front of the police and very close to ULG.
Me and me roomate are leaving, i'm going back to Portugal and she's moving to another kot but we did a 1 year contract with the realtor (it was a friend of a friend) so we need someone to stay since february. the contract dues on august and the house is not furnitured. but its 500 euros, bills included and it's good for 2 persons.
it has an entrance hall that leads to the room, that we share, like 12 square metters more or so, and the living room, that is like 16 square metters, its not small. the living leads to the bathroom and the kitchen.
so it's that :)
i hope you have good holidays!
