Do not rent this room (Colocation chambre à louer sur Cergy Préfecture) with Sébastien landlord

Hello 

I was erasmus student in spring semester of 2021-2022 in cergy and i had good period there. It is calm and relaxed place but unfortunatelly, this landlord was my nightmare. I couldn't get my deposite (guarantee money) completely and most of the photos are not real. There wasn't enought heater for persons and i got cold in that time. At all, in advice you to find official dorm there because most of home photo are not real at all. and if you need and don't have other choice, don't give gurantee money to landlord.
