i like an apartment in wroclaw, but the ad says nothing about taxes (electricity, internet, gas ..). I contacted the owner, but he doesn't respond. How does it work in these cases? If you book the apartment through Erasmusu, he can ask me for a sum in
more for taxes or will these be consumption-based?
