Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace me as a tenant in Belgrave View (B5 7AJ). The duration of the contract is from 5th of April (earliest) to July 17th and the price will be 109 pounds a week. It has free gym, laundry facilities and communal spaces. The room is in a shared flat but have ensuite bathroom and the room is individual. You must be a full time student and preferable a woman.
