Hey, I'm thinking about applying for erasmus 2015-2016 at Universidad del Pais Vasco. Could someone provide me information about the university and the city? e.g. rents,cost of living in general,if there are many erasmus students there etc!

You will spend in rents between 280-350 more or less, the cost of living is not really expensive, but at total you'll expend like 500-600 € per months (depending how many parties, trips, etc ;) 

By the way, there are Erasmus organisations like Erasmus Bilbao ESN, which organises trips, parties and many activities all the weeks for erasmus students. And they also help you to find accomodation.There are like 300 Erasmus Students in Bilbao.
