Description du programme
The Master’s in Complex System Engineering (ISC) aims to address the modelling, design and management of systems, products, processes and organisations (particularly industrial), making extensive use of modelling sciences, system engineering and systems science as well as industrial engineering. It includes organisation science, the analysis of interacting agent systems and the study of technical and organisational systems. It builds bridges between modelling, digital simulation, design, management and optimisation of socio-technical systems for industry and services.
Transfer paths
Students may transfer from one study path to another at the end of the M1 year, upon request and the presentation of a motivation letter. The panel for that discipline then examines requests on a case-by-case basis and issues an opinion.

Skills required within the Field of Study :
- Identify and define a problem in the design or improvement of a complex system.
- Describe the behaviour of a complex system and identify its key parameters using appropriate modelling.
- Offer solutions in terms of the design of, or improvement to, a complex system.
- Manage the implementation of a defined solution to improve the design and operation of a complex system.
