Description du programme
The 2nd-cycle study programme in Biology and Ecology with Nature Conservation leads to "magisterij" (master's degree). It is implemented by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Graduates are qualified for profound analysis of complex environmental systems.
Overview
The main educational and professional goals of the programme are to educate students in the following fields: knowledge and understanding of biotic systems, management planning of protected and ecologically important areas, endangerment assesment, evaluation of biodiversity within a selected area, and health care.
All the fields are in accordance with the current employment needs and the envisioned future needs of experts. The graduates of the postgraduate study are able to perform their work with the support of up-to-date communicational, informational and computer systems.
