It is very near to several faculties (Empresariales, Turismo, Rectorado, etc) Easy access to railways, buses, metro, sevici…etc. 5 minutes walk to center. Quiet, clean atmosphere and willing to keep in that way. Water and community included. Electricity payment to share. Semana Santa (Holy week) and Feria de abril (April Fair) also to rent:
