Hi everybody! there are 3 rooms avaliable in la gran via (CENTER). The apartment is huge and light, it has 5 rooms, bathroom and toilet, kitchen with oven, microwave, 2 fridges...enormous dinning room with a balcony,washing room. 200euros/room (light and comunity bills includes). There's internet. I'm moving in on friday but there's now a boy so you can go to see it. If u wanna see any pictures look for piso murcia on facebook. Hope u have a great erasmus, the city is worth and there's party everywhere! :)

There is a bus from the airport to Murcia. I paste the information:

Servicio especial que une el aeropuerto de Murcia-San Javier con la Estación de Autobuses de Murcia.
Duración del trayecto: 45 minutos.
Horario: Del aeropuerto, salen todos los días a las 17.45, 19.15 y 22.45; de la estación de autobuses de Murcia, a las 13.00, 15.15 (lunes, viernes y domingos) y 17.30.

Hi! I rent rooms in a student flat situated in Avenida Don Juan de Borbón, next to the University office where it took place the language courses. It take you 13min walking to reach La Merced University (the town center), and there are 1 bus stop 39C and tram that take you to Espinardo campus and malls.:)There are close to the flat too: banks, shops, pharmacy, centro salud..


ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!: INTERNET, GAS, LIGHT, WATER AND COMMUNITY BILLS and bed linen!!

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet (1 of the bedrooms with bathroom ensuite). Big living room, kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, moka..et) and laundry with and interior terrace to dry your clothes.
The prizes are:
- Single room shared bathroom:260 €/room

If you need doubles room I can put another single bed or replace it by a king size bed:
- Double room 350€/room

Cinzia, I dont recommend you to look for a flat in San Andres. Try these areas: La flota, Vistalegre, Ronda Norte, Santa Maria de Gracia o Catedral. Good luck :)
