I need your help guys ! Where should I go?

Helloo, I'm going to attend the Erasmus exchange program this year. However, I still haven't decided which country I should go to and I have to write my preferences in almost a week ! I'll write down the names and the cities of the schools. I really need those who are here or have investigated better than me to help me. I am particularly curious if the accommodation possibilities and the city is cheap :) if you help me, you will make me very happy, maybe because of your helps I can live a wonderful Erasmus :)
