FURNISHED ROOM NEAR YEDITEPE UNIVERSITY

I'm living close to yeditepe university by myself in a 3 room apartment. It's located near to public transportation, supermalls and corner shops. my apartment is fully furnished.
You can find high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dish washer, fridge, a mini-oven, cookstove, panini maker, tea maker, coffe machine, deep fryer, kettle.
I'm thinking to rent a room which has bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair. My apartment is about 120 m² with large living room and entertainment staff ( tv, playstation, movie archive etc.)
I'm looking preferably for young interns or exchange students who would like to live in a clean and comfortable flat.I'm speaking english and little bit spanish.
I was an erasmus student as well, so parties are allowed twice a month =)
The price is 700 TL (bills included)
