I'll study communication science in Firenze for the second semester.

I'm looking for accomodation, I would prefer near the city centre

and with other (international) students !

 I'm looking for those who occupy the two bedrooms apartment The room includes: beds, study table, chairs, shelves, wardrobe, drawers, wi-fi signal included in the rent.
Common areas: bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with kitchenette, 2 balconies, hall, wi-fi modem.The room is 450euros per month each.All utilities included(Electricity, water,internet access, waste disposal and gas)and you are going to pay 450euros for deposit.This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay in my apartment

Via di Mezzo,  I-50121 Firenze is located right in the heart of Florence ,two minutes walking form Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica square. All museums, historical buildings an famous shops are in walking distance from this apartment.Links to the public transport network here are excellent.I like reading, writing, fine arts, movies, sports, cooking and I don't mind to go for a pint now and then either. In my flat I like things rather clean without being fussy and I'm quite easy going. Hello everyone!

Unfortunatelly my Erasmus is coming to an end now in February! I live a free bed in a double room, to be shared with a very nice portuguese girl that speaks really good italian and also english.

The appartment is located in Via Ghibellina, nº102, completly in the heart of Florence. In the nearby area you can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and other services like hairdresser, estetic salon and even a library. It is about 10m on foot away from the Facolta di Lettere, 2m from piazza Santa Croce, 5m from Signoria and 10m from the Duomo - everything by foot!!

The appartment is shared with three italian boys, a french guy and a french girl, and everybody speaks italian, so don't be afraid you will learn plenty.

The room is really big, everybody has their own space and it has a huge window! The appartment has a great kitchen attatched with the dinning room, a living room, bathroom and a huge terrace from where you can see all the rooftops from Florence!

Affitasi da 1.marzo una stanza doppia grande e luminosa con terrazza. Il prezzo viene come 250 a posto letto per doppia o 420 per tutta la stanza uso singola. Spese escluse \non vengono alti, specialmente per i mesi non invernali\.
L’appartamento è su 2 piani, composto da 1 piccola singola \dove abita un studente in architettura\, la doppia grande con una terrazza, una cucina+terrazza, un bagno, un salottino piccolo. Il primo piano si usa come spazio comune, nel secondo sono le due camere da letto. Riscaldamento autonomo, lavatrice, forno, piani cotture, microondo, frigo...tutto necessario.
Zona piazza Beccaria, via Scipione Ammirato, tranquilla, molto vicino al centro\12-15 min a piedi dal Duomo\, con 2 supermercati – Conad e Coop a due passi dall’edificio; pharmacia, Upim, tanti negozi, bar, palestra, cinema ecc.ecc.

Large, spacious and light double room with terrace for rent. The price is 250 for a bed or 420 if the room is used like a single. Bills excluded\but they are not high especially for the warmer months\.
The apartment is on 2 floors, composed from 1 single room\where lives an architecture student\, the double room with a terrace, kitchen with terrace, bathroom and a small living room. The first floor is used like a commune space; on the second floor are the two bedrooms. Independent heating, washing machine, oven, cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator,…everything needed.
Area – piazza Beccaria, Scipione Ammirato Str., very calm, but near to the historical centre\12-15 min walking from the Duomo\, 2 supermarkets – Conad and Coop, just next to the building, farmacy, Upim, a lot of shops, bars, gyms, cinema and so on.

My name is Linnéa and I'm a student from Sweden. I'm coming to Florence to study interior design for three years in september. Hi bea. Am also from philippines. Am already enrolled in fda... Interior design academic. The cheapest that you can get for a room is 350.... Including utilities. But it is difficult to find one. Ill be back in florence in september for the 2nd semester.

and what school were you formerly attending in Ph? I am an accountant. I graduated from UP.

And how long did getting the visa take? I applied for my visa in miami via courier, it only took one week. I was working in the caribbean then.

please send me some advise, would appreciate it so much. Thanks! - start buying what you need in school like papers, pens, etc. it is expensive here compare in PH. Get to florence like 3 days before to look for apartment or room. Buy coats, trench coats, etc. For autumn/ winter.Start to learn italian.
