Hi! Sorry Ibrahim but I have not study there myself, I just know people who did it. I cannot tell you anything about the programme or how to study there, I only can tell you about the life in Poznan and that kind of things... (I studied languages so you can imagine that I do not know anything about telecommunication haha).
I hope you find someone who can help you and you enjoy a lot the city.
