Room for rent in the center of Porto

hello guys,
i am from hungary, working as an intern at IBMC in porto and looking for a flatmate from january (unfortunately my lovely french flatmate is leaving in december).
the flat is very small, but just perfect for two people, the room is furnished, we have a washing machine, microwave etc.
i have lived with many-many people in my life, but now i grew old enough to like cleaness. i am not a freak at all, but i don't like living in dirt... but u can be as filthy as u want in ur own room :D otherwise i like going out a lot, i smoke, i drink etc :)

the flat is on rua sta catarina, on the corner of goncalo cristovao, 180eur/month plus expenses, which is usually around 15eur/person. the landlord is nice, i am friends with their son. ohh and the big advantage is, that there is an office under our flat so we get their heating :))) but we also have a gas heater, which we didn't have to turn on yet. so if u were interested in the room pls drop me an e-mail to: [email protected].

Hi! I'm a student at the faculty of architectu​​​​​​re of Alghero (Italy) and I have to spend 3 months in Porto form my internship in an architectural studio of Porto.
