Nos encargamos de ayudar a estudiantes a encontrar alojamiento, contamos con la colaboración de la Universidad de Murcia.

En Murcia, vamos a dedicar un edificio entero de 7 plantas, con pisos de 3 habitaciones y 1 habitación solo para estudiantes, tanto españoles como Erasmus, teniendo todas las ventajas de una residencia al precio de un piso.

Affitto stanze nella Avenida Don Juan de Borbón. E' situato nella Flota (una delle migliori zone di Murcia). L'appartamento è NUOVO. Molto ben comunicato, esattamente di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus numero 39 che porta fino a Espinardo (campus dell'Università) e al futuro tranvia.

Per uscire la sera, a dieci minuti a piedi puoi raggiungere las tascas (il quartiere del centro con la maggior parte dei bar e locali). Alla stessa distanza puoi raggiungere il Sidi (centro linguistico dell'Università).

L'appartamento è luminoso e con una grandissima terrazza. Lo affittiamo a 250 euro al mese. Spese incluse. In questo momento abbiamo alloggiate due studentesse americane.
Puoi venire a vederlo. Puoi chiamare mio padre Rafael (606689716) o a casa mia al 968249630.

Sicuramente potresti trovare stanze più economiche ma questo appartamento è veramente in ottimo stato, in una zona tranquilla e molto verde, bene comunicata e a due passi dal centro.

I RENT a NEW and very NICE flat to ERasmus people. If you want a flat near to Merced University (you only spend 12 minuts walking to get there) or if you wanna go to Espinardo you can take the bus number 39 JUST IN FRONT OF THIS FLAT. The flat is new!! and you can see when you want. Its is big and light and what is more : you have a big terrace . It is very very nice.

Alquilo piso en la Flota. PISO NUEVO.Avenida Don Juan de Borbón. Cerca de la Merced. La tienes a diez minutos andando. O si vas para el campus de Espinardo coges el bus 39 JUSTO ENFRENTE DEL PISO. Está muy bien. Tiene terraza. Es muy luminoso. Compartirás el piso CON OTROS ERASMUS. ¿Qué mas se puede pedir?

I rent rooms in a student flat situated in Avenida Don Juan de Borbón, It takes you 13min walking to reach La Merced University (the town center), and there are 1 bus stop 39C and tram that take you to Espinardo campus and malls.:)There are close to the flat too: banks, shops, pharmacy, centro salud..

ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!: INTERNET, GAS, LIGHT, WATER AND COMMUNITY BILLS and bed linen!!
The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet (1 of the bedrooms with bathroom ensuite). Big living room, kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, moka..et) and laundry with and interior terrace to dry your clothes.
