Laundry

As different results are obtained when experiments are accomplished under the same conditions, we can say that doing the laundry is governed by probabilistic laws. E.g. everybody knows that the probability of ruin you clothes is directly proportional to how much you like it, in other words, its expensiveness.

Although, there are some deterministic postulates as the well known laundry time law: T_laundry=max(underpants,socks).

Anyway, a lot of research has to be still done, since a lot of enigmas need an answer.

As an example, University of Oklahoma researchers are trying to find out the periodicity of jeans washing. Probably, they are starting from an erroneous hypothesis: the real necessity of jeans washing.
