Documents needed for the visa application

Hi all :)

I am going to study at the University of Groningen for the next semester. I was informed that I'd be soon provided with the list of documents which I have to hand in for the visa application but I haven't heard from them yet. They don't reply my emails either. Did any of you recieve such an email? If yes, please send me the list. 

P.S. I'm from a non-EU country.

Your help would be highly appreciated.

I`m from Ukraine and I`m coming to RUG in fall either)

Well, they`re having summer holidays at the moment, so no wonder the reaction comes so slow. There`re two documents they sent me which have to be submitted till the 25th of July. You can give me your email and I`ll send them to you. But frankly, those papers get done in a couple of minutes, so you surely don`t have to worry)

Have you arranged your accomodation? Where will you be staying?

No unfortunately. Just don`t want to pay in advance till I see the place, but without paying it`s impossible to book something. So I plan to manage my accomodation closer to the date I`ll arrive, maybe in August

But it will be very difficult to find a place at that time that satisfies you. You probably know that because of the density of the population it's a big problem to find appropriate accomodation in Groningen, especially right before the academic year begins. 

I submitted the application form for booking a room in a student house. I hope I'll get one in either my first or second preferred house. The only thing that concernes me about student houses is the tidyness and issue. I hope most of the studnets I'll be living together with will be orderly people :)
