Hi guys, im from Galway, ireland and thinking of going to grenoble on erasmus in september 2013 for 1 semester.
I dont have the best french so im afraid it might be difficult to understand lectures etc.

Hi Thomas,
You're not the only English speaker that's going to Grenoble in september. I am from Amsterdam myself and I'm planning to attend French lectures there as well. My French right now is far from perfect but I'm pretty confident it'll improve lots once I get there. About your age; don't worry about it, I'm 21 myself but I don't see why you would be too young for this experience.

Hi Thomas,
Like Marijn said, don't worry - you definitely won't be alone! I'm from the UK and I'm planning to head to French lectures too, hoping my A-level French and a year's worth of courses at uni are enough! Honestly, you're never too young to see the world.

Hi folks,
I am from Germany and starting this September on the University UPMF my certificate in french law. I will stay in Grenoble until Mai/Juni 2014.
I would be very happy to meet some other students (also Erasmus) there. Maybe we can meet us in some pub to get in contact. My arrival will be by car on the 1st or 2nd of September.
See you in Grenoble :)

Hi everyone,
I am from England and I will be studying at université Stendhdal starting in september. I will be there until January/February 2014
It would be nice to meet people, as well as get some advice from those that have already arrived and found accommodation (something about which I am incredibly apprehensive!).
I arrive on the 1st september in the evening, and will probably spend the first few days trying to find somewhere to live, and discovering the town.
Cheers, and look forward to possibly meeting some of you! :)
