Accommodation in mansoura

Hello My name is Mourad Dali Khaireddine and i'm resident in urology in LA Rabta Hospital in Tunisia. I m past member of associamed Tunisia and ifmsa.
I was accepted for an internship in the prestigious University of Mansoura in Egypt for a period of 3 months starting from January 15, 2018.
I am looking for accomodation near the Urology hospital and I wanted to know if you would have any idea or advise to give me about this matter. Your help will be very valuable to me beacause i have not found an accomodation yet
