***************Available from 21st December 2009***************** We are two Irish girls, living in an apartment in Dublin City Centre. Our two roomates from the US are moving out home in the middle of December so we are looking for either one or two people to move into their room. Our apartment is situated right in the middle of Dublin city centre in a modern, recently built apartment complex which has a large green area in front of it. The apartment itself is bright and airy and has all the usual modern conveniences as well as a spacious balcony attached to the living room area which overlooks the green area. The bedroom we are trying to rent out has two single beds in it and has its own bathroom and lots of storage space. The rent is 375Euros per person per month and utility bills are split equally. The room can be rented by one person, if they are in a position to cover 750E a month themselves. The location of the apartment is as good as it gets - it\'s a 5 minute walk to Grafton St and Harcourt Street is just around the corner. It would be particularly ideal for students attending Trinity College Dublin or DIT Kevin Street or Aungier St. We are fun, easy-going girls but we are also respectful and responsible roomates. If you\'re interested in the room or want to ask us any questions, don\'t hesitate to contact us on 0877457377 or e-mail [email protected]. Hope to hear from you! Bridgette and Aileen
