Hi everyone! Im renting a shared flat for the next course 2012-2013 to a erasmus student girl.

The apartment is very near to  the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters , to the center(less than a minute by walking) to the supermarkets, to the banks, and to the bus and train station Renfe, (to go to campus Rabanales) It is in very good condition and well equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and heating, ceramic, iron, elevator and a very large fridge and freezer.

It has a bathroom and a toilet, three bedrooms, a small terrace, a bright lounge and a fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, blender, fryer, dishwasher ..)
