Nomination Process - No Replies from the University

Hello, I'm from Turkey and I'm a Translation and Interpretation student in my third year. I completed the application process in my own University and I wish to do Erasmus in Constanta, Romania for the fall semester of 2022-2023 .

On the date of March 25th, the Erasmus coordinator responsible for the Learning Mobility in my school sent an e-mail to the Erasmus Office of Ovidius University, stating that I'm a nominated student and that we would like to get information regarding the application process and also see what the necessary documents are for the application. That e-mail did not get a response. On the  date of April 18th, we sent a reminding e-mail hoping to get the same information but still, no replies. If anyone is familiar with this process or if there's someone who has done Erasmus in this university before or currently doing it, can you give me some help? Is there something we are doing wrong? I don't want the process to stall. Thanks in advance!
