URGENT - looking for room to rent with other students in Brussels

Hi,

I am an erasmus student from England looking for a room to rent  in a shated in Brussels from September 2013 - January 2014 (costing between €200 and €500 a month with bills included) mainly in Ixelles or other areas closely surrounding ISTI.

I do not mind how many people I share with, but it is important that housemates are between 18 and 26 and all speak French as I really need to work on my French!
