CHEAP ACCOMMODATION 2ND SEMESTER JANUARY 23-JULY 23

Hola a todo/as, me llamo Marta y estudio en la universidad de Málaga, aunque actualmente me encuentro haciendo Erasmus en la Universidad de Birmingham.

Inicialmente me iba a quedar un año completo, pero por motivos personales volveré a Málaga el primer cuatrimestre.

El caso es que tengo contrato con la residencia de estudiantes Belgrave View durante 1 año y la única solución para que me devuelvan el dinero del 2º cuatrimestre es encontrar a alguien a quien vender el contrato, que son 2.178,00 libras + 250,00 libras de depósito (es una habitación bronce con baño en-suite) desde el 26 de Enero de 2023 hasta el 15 de Julio de 2023, aunque yo dejo mi apartamento y habitación el 18 de Diciembre de 2022.

Hello everyone, my name is Marta and I am studying at the University of Malaga, although I am currently doing Erasmus at the University of Birmingham.

Initially, I was going to stay for a full year, but for personal reasons, I will return to Malaga in the first term.

The thing is that I have a contract with Belgrave View Student Residence for 1 year and the only solution to get my money back for the 2nd term is to find someone to sell the contract to, which is 2.178,00 pounds + 250,00 pounds for the deposit (it is a bronze room with en-suite bathroom) from 26th January 2023 until 15th July 2023, although I leave my flat and room on 18th December 2022.
