Individual room to rent 330€!

Helloooo! 

We are renting a room (costs included) in a really nice and cosy apartment in the very center of the neighborhood Gracia! It's just next to the metro stop Fontana (green line). For those who don't know this neighborhood, it is one of the nicest ones in Barcelona. A lot of young people is living there and it's full of bars, shops... and the street where this apartment is located is pretty calm. 

The room has a single bed, a closet, table and a window. 
Ask for the pictures by email if you're interested cause right now I can't upload them. 
The window overlooks the terrace that we have (you can see it on one of the pictures). 

For the moment it's only me living there but the apartment has 3 rooms ( 2 empty right now) I'm a sociable student, studying and working. 

I would like somebody who's gonna enter at the beginning of Februrary and is going to stay at least one semester!

Alquilo una habitacion (gastos incluidos) en un piso muy bonito y acogedor en pleno centro del barrio de Gracia! Es justo al lado de la parada de metro Fontana (línea verde). Para aquellos que no conocen el barrio, es uno de los mejores de Barcelona. Mucha gente joven vive, esta lleno de bares, tiendas ... y la calle donde se encuentra este apartamento es muy tranquila. 

La habitación tiene una cama individual, un armario, una mesa y una ventana. Pedidme fotos por email si estais interesados porque ahora mismo no las puedo subir. 
La ventana da a la terraza que tenemos (se puede ver en una de las imagenes). 

El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones, por el momento 2 de libres. 
Soy una estudiante de 21 años con ganas de buenos compañeros de piso ;) 

Nos gustaria que entrases a principios de Febrero y que tu estancia fuera de un semestre minimo.

Hola, estoy estudiando Inglés, el último curso y podría estar interesado en compartir piso con otros estudiantes o no siempre que sean de habla inglesa, puedo pagar por adelantado los meses que correspondan y tambien ayudar con mi castellano, pero lo más importante es que no quiero compartir piso con españoles.

Trabajo en Barcelona, no fumo, no suelo beber y soy una persona bastante tranquila, deportista y montañero, por lo que muchos fines de semana desaparezco.  

Me gustaría tambien ver el piso.

Hi, I'm studying English in Barcelona, this is my last course, I hope so... cause I want to share a room with English speakers, I can offer in exchange my Spanish o Catalán, I have no problem at all with the money, I work as a civil servent in the council.

I practise a lot of different activities but my favourite is climbing.
