2 HABITACIONES CON WIFI Y GASTOS INCLUIDOS

Estoy buscando dos personas para compartir piso. Tengo dos habitaciones libres: una a partir de ya y la otra a partir de septiembre. Las habitaciones son individuales, una exterior y la otra interior. Están completamente amuebladas: cama, armario dos puertas, mueble de cajones, mesa, silla y estanterías.

Seríamos 3 personas. El piso consta de salón, cocina, baño con bañera y 4 habitaciones, una de ellas la usamos de trastero. Dispone de todos los electrodométicos: horno, nevera, microondas, lavadora, TV...

Se encuentra en la calle Marina, entre Córcega y Rosellón, muy cerca del metro de Sagrada Familia (líneas 2 y 5). También hay varias líneas de autobús que conectan con toda la ciudad, Nitbus y Bicing.

El precio son 360€/mes para cada habitación, incluidos todos los gastos: agua, luz, gas, internet wifi y llamadas nacionales. Fianza: 1 mes. Limpieza: compartida entre los 3.

Me gustaría encontrar gente agradable, respetuosa, con ganas de compartir piso y de edad similar a la mía (27): entre 23 y 33 años aprox. No me importa el sexo ni la nacionalidad, lo principal es que haya buen rollo.

They are fully furnished: bed, two doors closet, chest of drawers, table, chair and shelves. We would be 3 people.

The floor consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom with bath and four bedrooms, one of which is used for storage. It has all the electrical appliances: oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV... ich bin ein spanisches Mädchen und suche zwei Personen für WG. Ich habe zwei Zimmer frei ab September. Die Zimmer sind Einzel-, ein Indoor- und das andere Outdoor-. Sie sind vollständig möbliert: Bett, Schrank, Schubladen, Tisch, Stuhl und Regalen. Wir würden 3 Personen sein.

Der Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Wanne und vier Schlafzimmer, von denen eines für die Lagerung ist. Es hat alle Elektrogeräte: Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Fernseher...

Sie befindet sich in calle Marina, zwischen Córcega und Rosellón, in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia U-Bahn (Linien 2 und 5). Es gibt auch mehrere Buslinien, die die ganze Stadt verbinden, Nitbus und Bicing.

Der Preis beträgt 360 € / Monat für jedes Zimmer, einschließlich aller Nebenkosten: Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet-Zugang und Inlandsgespräche. Kaution: 1 Monat. Sauberkeit: gemeinsam zwischen den drei.
