International student going to either Ankara or Istanbul to do PhD

Hello everyone. I know this forum is for Erasmus students going to Turkey but I have read a lot of useful information here and therefore have decided to sign up. I got a full scholarship from TUBITAK and if all (logistics mostly!) goes well, I will be in Turkey this year to start my PhD. I've got four universities in mind: METU, Hacettepe University, Sabanci University and Koc University. I have already researched these universities and have been in touch with the professors from these universities. I am just here to strike a conversation or two. :)

So, did you decide for the university yet? i'd go for Hacettepe or METU!
