Hello guys i have a question about dormitory warsaw university of tech. i go 2019-2020 spring semester but when i application for dormitory on website i had seen 2 error

This is not a time for application in this Accomodation Process.

Try to choose other Accommodation process.

Somebody knows this problem because i apply visa :(
